Since the emergence of Great Al Fateh Revolution in 1969, Great Jamahiriya is regarded as an outstanding example in all respects for its solid revolutionary will and the serious efforts it has devoted for development and progress in a decisive challenge against various problems and obstacles, in particular the essential problem that is the scarcity of water resources facing the era.
